Terms

Incoterms: FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW.
Payment: irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or telegraphic transfer with advance and the balance against documents. Other terms by agreement.
Loading: 20 ft and 40 ft containers, or bulk vessel for large steel and non-ferrous cargoes.
Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, weight and quality certificates, and inspection or radiation certificates on request.
Compliance: exports comply with applicable export, sanctions and environmental rules, including Basel Convention requirements where they apply.
